Dust Mask with Valve

Set of 15 FFP2 dust respirators with valve.
They provide respiratory protection against dust at work and are suitable for working environments where harmful and mutagenic substances are present in the inhaled air.
They are complete respiratory protection devices consisting wholly or partly of filtering material.
Designed exclusively to protect the respiratory tract against non-poisonous solid particles such as dusts, vapours, aerosols with a liquid dispersion phase, solid particles of medium toxicity, asbestos dust, copper, barium, titanium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, hardwood dust, coal dust containing more than 10% free silica, mining industry, chemical industry, hardwood processing.
Used, for example, in the metalworking and mining industries.
They provide effective protection against harmful solid and liquid dusts, fumes and aerosol particles.
They can be used if the OEL is not exceeded more than 10 times.
Long-term non-use of masks leads to the development of respiratory diseases such as lung cancer and significantly increases the risk of serious complications such as active pulmonary tuberculosis.

FFP2 rated masks must trap at least 94% of airborne particles down to 0.6 micron.
It is not intended for use in explosive atmospheres.
The valves facilitate breathing by optimising inhalation resistance while reducing the amount of carbon dioxide and water vapour under the mask.
Total internal leakage must not exceed 11%.
Intended for use when the concentration of harmful substances does not exceed ten times the maximum permissible concentration.
Particles may be fibrogenic, i.e. they may irritate the respiratory tract in the event of short-term contact and reduce the elasticity of the lung tissue in the long term.
The masks comply with EN149:2001+A1:2009.
The product complies with European Union directives (CE mark).
Universal size adjustment by means of snap-fastener elastic straps and a foam-lined nose pad to ensure comfort during use.
